Sobell House Hospice, a specialist palliative care service based in Oxford, costs a whopping £3million a year to run. And we all know it doesn’t grow on trees. The majority of this funding comes from the generosity and support of local companies and individuals throughout Oxfordshire.
Our target is ambitious: to raise £10,000 to buy essential equipment for Sobell House Hospice.
It’s a big number but look at the maths: there are about 110,000 adults in Oxford and if only 1 in 100 adults sponsored us to the tune of just £10 each we’d hit the target with change to spare. And that calculation doesn’t include residents in Oxfordshire that also have access to this wonderful facility!
